Michael "Dru" Frazier Attorney

Michael "Dru" Frazier is a graduate of Miami University and the WVU College of Law. His practice primarily involves litigation with a focus on employment litigation for both employers and employees. He also focuses his practice on litigation involving the Federal Employers Liability Act and litigation involving product defects. Recently, Dru has expanded his litigation practice to include criminal defense, probate matters, and personal injury claims.

Dru's grandfather founded the firm in 1954, and William Frazier practiced until his retirement in 2016 at the age of 87. Dru's father, Mike, is also a named partner at the firm and has been with the firm since his law school graduation in 1985.

Dru has clerkship experience with both the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia as well as with the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Prior to joining his father, Dru spent three years working for the AmLaw 100 firm Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. During his time with Nelson Mullins, he was a member of the litigation group and represented financial institutions, healthcare entities, transportation companies, insurance companies, and industrial companies in civil litigation matters.

Dru is licensed to practice in both the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia's federal courts, as well as all state courts in West Virginia. He is a graduate of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel trial school and now resides in Huntington, West Virginia. Dru enjoys fly-fishing, skiing, and anything involving the mountains of West Virginia.
